 The CIO is the head person in charge. The support department helps the staff and sets up networks. An example of someone in the support department is business analyst which develops business rules and what the product is going to do. The development department creates new things. An example of someone in this department is database administrator which is the person who works with data. The maintenance department fixes errors. An example of someone in that area is IFS auditor which assesses the information system to determine necessary changes. The three most important in my opinion are the business analyst, database administrator and the IFS auditor.
